STONEHENGE

The name Stonehedge comes from old English, but it is not exactly knows what it means. There are two main theries, that differ only in second half of the name. Both theories are telling that the first half ''Stone'' means rock or stone, the material its build off. First one of the theories tells that henge means ''henge'', which means gallows. The second one tells that the worde is ''Hinge'' which means hanged. Nobody can exactly say if it means Stone Henge, or Stone Hinge.
